Hello! I'm Saya McNairn-Yanagi, a Wales based ceramic artist. I have set up this blog to document the Artist in Residence program I will be doing in Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park from 2nd April to 2nd July 2013. I hope to along the journey to document some great examples of Japanese art and my own development process of the work I'll create.
A thank you to the funding I received from Wales Art International in aiding me in my project.
